A Leader dedicated to personal and professional transformational change. Tess works with Business Owners, Entrepreneur’s, C-Level, Directors, and Managers with a focus on cultivating the 5 C’s of Leadership: Character, Competence, Consistency, Creativity, and Confidence.

Tess’ methodology in coaching, consulting and training is to guide clients through a process of reflection and consideration, along with essential tools and recourses, in order to create a strategy and blueprint for deliverables and desired outcomes for their lives and work.

She thoroughly enjoys supporting her audiences to think, to process their own learning, to use their skill sets, organize their lives effectively and to stay engaged in their relationships.

Her greatest joy is her family – Her husband, Dean; adult children, Justin and Chelsea; her daughter-in-love, Elaine and son-in-love, Max and her English chocolate lab, Bobby. 

Reading, writing, music, gardening, the ocean, vineyards, traveling, fine food/great wine, and walking her dog are her favorite past times.

Chelsea Cox Gillman
Director of Operations TESS COX & ASSOCIATES LLC

Hi, I’m Chelsea. As Director of Operations, I support TC&A through project managing, coaching, consulting and training. After a decade of an intensely demanding career in  luxury & lifestyle hospitality management throughout LA/NYC & Nashville; I knew there was a more sustainable and effective way to use my passion for relationship building, communication and creating strategy. I experienced transformational change through coaching with Tess’ methodology and I’m also blessed to call her my mother. 

I truly enjoy connecting with others and coming alongside them as they cultivate their confidence to live lives that are the most meaningful to them.  I’m forever grateful for Max - my husband, best friend and biggest supporter - as well as my family on both coasts. My favorite days include the beach, yoga, meditation, delicious food, champagne and my sidekick Kush the corgi!

I’ve been happy to support TC&A over the past year with expertise in marketing, social media, and graphic design!

Over the past ten years, I’ve freelanced as a Social Media Analyst with expertise in building and supporting marketing strategies, research and implementing successful social media practices. I am an experienced Graphic Designer skilled in Marketing Strategy, Logo Design, Web Design, Analytics, Search Engine Optimization and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

I love the connections with people I get to assist TC&A in making as they change lives and help people live out more meaningful careers. I live in Los Angeles National Forest with the love of my life, my husband, Jeff and two kids - Jameson and Everly. They make my life complete!

Danielle Burk has twenty plus years of business experience. Her focus and expertise are in change management and business and leadership development. She enjoys helping her clients unlock the strengths of their leadership behaviors to reach their desired goals, whether individually or as a team.

Tess Cox & Associates, LLC. values Danielle’s warm and enthusiastic approach. She has the ability to lead her clients thru the coaching leadership journey, whether working one-on-one or with a team.

Danielle is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo California with a degree of Bachelor of Science in animal science. She is an advocate for the agriculture industry and desires to be a part of the agribusiness future in creating influential leadership. She is a proud alumni of the prestigious California Agriculture Leadership program, which she says, “Changed her life and outlook on leading herself well”. Danielle believes in the Tess Cox & Associates, LLC. vision – “Influencing leaders to discover, develop and deliver their leadership blueprint.” She knows results as she sees leaders thrive and influence great outcomes.

Danielle calls the Central Coast of California home with her husband and daughter. She enjoys riding horses and gardening.

Rachelle Antinetti is incredibly passionate, as she uses her 20 plus years of professional business development to help young adults launch strong and healthy careers. In college, she recruited her peers and led an extensive internship program throughout the state of California, which is why her passion continues to focus on building intern programs for businesses.

Rachelle is a graduate from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Crop Science. She has worked in various parts of the Agriculture Industry including Plant Health, Water Quality and Regulatory Compliance. She is a graduate of the Great Valley Center’s Institute and Development of Emerging Area Leaders, The California Agricultural Leadership Program, and served as a County Planning Commissioner and City Council Member. 

Rachelle lives in the heart of the Central Valley of California, between Yosemite and San Francisco. Her Husband David is her biggest fan and together they are raising three busy teens. They enjoy traveling, sports and any time they can go to the beach.
