YOUR CHOICE…to be CURIOUS

Good news - You have a choice!

 You have a choice:

 1.    You can choose to be curious about yourself and connect with who you are.

Or

2.    You have a choice not to curious about yourself and not to connect with who you are.

If, you choose to be curious about yourself and connect with who you are…from our coaching experience and perspective, you will EXPAND in knowing who you are because you UNDERSTAND how to connect with your inner being.

When you are curious about yourself and willing to learn and grow within your personal knoweldge, you will find the power of connection with yourself to magnify everything you do and every part of who you are.

As humans, we are ALL wired for connection. Our brains can logically understand that when we think of others, our emotional brain looks for connection. So, why do we not look to connect with our own inner being? We were born with the ability to connect to ourselves, our need, our wants and our desires. As we tend to grow as a child, teenager, young adult and adult, we tend to place our focus on external connections vs. our internal connection to ourself.

Of course, connection with ourselves and others  supports our ability to learn, be safe in our growth and development and work to provide for our families, which gives us hope for our future. We whole heartedly believe in connecting with others and building strong and trusting relationships, it’s one of our core values at TC&A.

While we celebrate meaningful connection with others, this February we are offering you the opportunity to consider this mindset:

Connecting with others is vital to our living

And we will add…

CONNECTING WITH OURSELVES is vital for our THRIVING!

“For years I spent majority of my time and energy connecting externally with others, building up their management skills, and doing my best to embody the kind of leader I wanted to be and even follow. It’s hard to believe I was navigating my 20’s with immense responsibility and expectation both externally and internally.  As satisfying as the success was, it wasn’t until I made the CHOICE to slow down, and deeply connect to my internal being that I started to feel a shift. I pivoted my entire career and life, and here we are, 7 years later with so much more gratitude, understanding and connection to myself, my loved ones and those that I serve. I am living and thriving with my every day choices (not with perfection as a goal – with acceptance that connecting with myself will bring greater fulfillment in my life and work).”

Connecting with your inner being is available for you. It’s important for you to be curious about who you are so you thrive in who you are, which leads to creating a lasting legacy. As a reader of Your Choice, we know a lasting legacy is important to you.

My path of connecting inwardly has resulted in a massive up leveling of my internal mindset, my life and has strongly influenced my external outcomes. Tess has her own story of connecting with herself and you will have your version as well!

We encourage you to explore the many tools and resources available on the path to a deeper connection with yourself and be curious about you. It is not a linear journey nor is it a one size fits all. In the coming weeks we’ll be sharing behaviors and actions to support you as you connect to yourself and are curious about who you are. We trust your learning more how to connect to your inner being will empower you to stay true to who you are.
