Here are a few examples:
1. When managing our time, our mindset may be focused on trying to do too many things that need to get done and yet, we run out of time and energy.
2. It may be that we have very little time, and yet, with our behaviors aligned with our priorities, we are energized and able to get everything done that we set out to do.
3. There may be times in work and life, we create a positive strategy, utilizing our best energy, which provides outcomes that are good for all.
This is where the importance of having the mindset to manage your time, behaviors aligned with your priorities and strategy to utilize your best energy supports you and your team to work together and achieve your goals.

As we explore time, priorities and energy this May, we encourage you to check in with your own energy. You may want to ask yourself:
“When do I feel the most energized throughout my work day?”
“What part of the day do I have lower energy?”
We are one month (if not more for some) into social distancing, staying at home, not seeing our family, friends and co-workers. We have been forced into working from home, going to work as essential workers or going to our place of work under limited conditions. Many of us are facing new realities of working overtime and under extreme circumstances. And, at the same time, being expected to instantly create a new normal that works for us, our families and everyone around us.
Your personal and professional Leadership calling and purpose is for you to seize the opportunities and choose to be the evidence of GRACE within your core family and extended family. This time of year, you can be an extension of GRACE to your friends, co-workers and those you may not even know or have a personal relationship. You will have many chances to bring GRACE within your work and relationships.
